28:00 the alert not going off is either something in your Twitch settings or something in whatever platform you use for alerts (stream elements, stream labs, etc). I've seen alerts on 1 to 2 raiders in a 500 viewer stream before. It's something about your own settings for sure. Ask Amr to turn it off

The black screen is not happening bc of ur pc it's bc of ur monitor, try reconnecting it or seeing if the hdmi pugged in correctly :)
