Yes, it is very interesting , but many people have hard lives, they have to work 12hr shifts 5 & 7 days a week, so a lot if what you preach , is of no real use to them with respect . Having trained since I was 14 years old I know from experience the body needs rest time , or you are going to burn yourself out , it's put over everything is easy to train get fit, it's quite complex in reality.
