Im 41. Still learning about my vagina 😂 and finally learning to communicate my needs , and sexual feelings. And finally not being embarrassed of my menstrual and being more open and free. Great show!

Women reach their sexual peak in their 40's and the sex just gets better with age. Women become more comfortable with themselves and just let go. I started having the best sex of my life at age 38 and it just kept getting better and better!As far as educating our children about sex, just keep the lines of communication open. I raised two sons. One was receptive and one was not. My eldest told me about his first time giving oral and it wasn't a good experience for him. It was hard to hear, but I listened and explained why it wasn't a good experience and what would be the ideal experience going forward. My parents never talked to me about sex, so I wanted to make sure my kids knew they could come to me and ask me anything.
