Cheburashka is a 2022 Russian family comedy film directed by Dmitry Dyachenko about a big-eared animal named Cheburashka who finds himself in a new world.
The shooting of the film began in September 2021 in Sochi, the Sochi Arboretum Park, the Ordzhonikidze Sanatorium and the embankment served as locations. Filming also took place in Kislovodsk, Pyatigorsk, Moscow and Essentuki, and ended in June 2022 in the Moscow region.
6 tons of oranges were used in the filming of one of the scenes, as reported by Yellow, Black and White on their Instagram account.
