My thoughts are with you at this time. I've had three Minis, a White Mark 2 850, and both a Red 1000 Clubman and White 1100 Clubman. The Innocenti Mini 1275 was the sports only car Mr Enzo Ferrari could legally drive after he was 65. A big 6 ft 4 frame fits in real nice. That’s a really cool little car! Your dad had a lot of nice muscle cars in his day! You and I have the same problem with little cars. We are too tall to fit in them😂😂😂. My wife has a ‘66 VW Beetle that is the same color as Herbie and I love the car but I can barely fit in it! I’m 6’ 3” 285lbs so it’s tough to get comfy in it but it’s a ball to drive. He needs to get the correct light surrounds and boot lid light housing back on the car. They are not the innocenti parts. There are still NOS of these parts on eBay.
