Nice video! I was actually surprised how much I agreed with you as wel! Hobby mindset is a very different mindset, glad someone else thought so too! I too am excited about the Kirin and am soooo happy I could be a part of the support of it as well! Proud to have supported MHP from the beginning and Shellington for quite a while since the ST. Should be 20 darts included btw. It is interesting that those numbers seem a bit low. Have you noticed a performance difference between the new Teal one and old White Sample?
The wrenfield/ kirin and the Spitfire Ranger truly are labors of love . As a sniper player I am quite excited to see how many more come out. In my opinion all the best stuff comes from the hobby. Dart zone has done due diligence in standardizing pro level performance and darts but they are relatively new and the most convenient in the western hemisphere. Hobbyists have been chasing a better playing experience since nerf has been a thing all across the globe. They've made budget builds and break the bank loadouts alike. I'll gladly spend a fortune on something hobby made as opposed to something branded. I would hope that in the future it would be more clear that dart zone isn't just here to capitalize on the hobby but that they'll continue to standardize playing experiences with innovation, adaptation, and most importantly convenience.
Thank you for explanation. Noticed lots of shorts and wondered about the in-depth longs. Now we know. Me, I like the longs on something like the Kirin, SLAB & DZ-MK1.2. Dont need long form on everything but too many shorts leaves one wanting more info from The Lab. Nothing wrong in you finding a happy medium of both styles. Example how/what I comsume: Lazy weekend = watch long re: Kirin. Tuesday lunch break = a short on a silly Chinese knockoff or tiny dart shell revolver. With so much going on in the hobby and many blasters already in my collection, time is used to maintain what I have now. You know, on another video I thought the "For human use only" marking was them throwing shade at Nerf, given how many of their recent blasters have been described as "not designed for human beings" LOL
This was a great video. The blaster looks like it’ll be a lot of fun no matter competitive or just for fun. I would like to see more of the longer videos as opposed to the short clips. In general (as in what RU-vid wants), I feel like the short clips seem kind of gimmicky and to catch a persons attention browsing through. I’d rather search for what I want to see, watch longer clip/video for more detail.

This blaster is right up my street I love bolt action snipers sadly I don't own any ATM 😭 but I'm really enjoying my DZ mk4 right now but I'd love a Kirin in the future.
I absolutely love shell ejectors!, the one full auto you have is amazing. I had so much I was going to say, but found myself just listening…. ya me being quite. So true ( Dart Zone )! This is great designed by someone in the hobby, for the hobby. 100 - 227 fps is a nice range, for shells. Great video, thanks for sharing! How is the Nova coming?

Pretty much, yea, but the injection molding itself really makes it different enough to call it a different blaster. I like to cal it the Injection Molded Wrenfield.
THANK YOU! I know DZ is so overhyped and despite having every Max blaster and several AFP blasters the only one I like is the Tomcat, and even then only with Foamdemic mods. I also have a DZP 1 which is also meh.
Now that I think of it... all my DZP Blasters have some type of mod done to them to make them useable. They always have one or two strange design ideas... much like the mk2.1's ridiculously small mag release.
7:35 I wouldn’t know, I’m not an insider, but I don’t see DZ/AF Pro as pretending to be one of us. They have alienated a lot of us with their weird marketing ploys and other stuff. They happen to make a product that furthers the hobby, but I don’t think there is any pretense. I mean they saw a niche and capitalized on it, that’s capitalism. This is nothing against Shellington Labs or any other group directly from the hobby making stuff for the hobby.
Yeah I agree. I just got a bad tase for Dartzone lately from some of their shenanigans. All things considered their pro blasters are definitely in a league of their own compared to Nerf Buzzbee and Xshot.
I prefer this channel over coop277 because coop was like "oh it has a gimmick? ew bad stinky belongs in the garbage" meanwhile this channel is cool and accepts gimmicks The channel will state that a blaster has bad performance, but they won't say that the blaster's bad because of the gimmick
@Blizzard117 what havent they done? Stolen designs from other designers within the hobby, refusing to stop unless threatened with legal ramifications. Lying to customers, terrible customer service, terrible product quality (doesn't apply to the kirin since he had nothing to do with the blaster being made), many cases of bigotry and transphobia against members of the hobby. Is known to cheat in any game he takes part in citing "I won't take any shots I deem unfair".
@DrFlux I have talked with them recently about it. MHP is self admittedly out of the loop on certain matters within the community. FLF is a well known bad actor to many within the community, but preys on those who aren't aware or simply do not care.
@@radioactivesdesigns3554 MHP has also removed himself from several social media groups because of the excessive drama and exaggeration. I have talked to them recently about it as well. Perhaps those who “do not care” are also those who really “know”? “To many” in the community are usually the people in every instance as well, to my knowledge. The majority of our customers are indeed repeat customers, so the claim of “preying” is also a bit exaggerated. Supporting those who support you isn’t really “preying” either. Please contact me about these claims. I’d love to hear about them.
