I cut carbs.. sweets.. traded for healthier stuff.. cut snacks out entirely. More fruits and vegetables. You have to find things that work for you cause remember it's a lifestyle change Not a diet.. got my daily steps in and that was it initially and as my body got accustomed to less sugars I got strict..

Eating your life away is not Beautiful it is honestly is sad and I feel bad for her because she’s has probably already lost 30 years of her life only if people didn’t support her eating so much and tried to help her start to lose weight and encourage her even if she just started taking walks daily and went on a diet consisting of protein veggies and fruits she could be happier she eats all of that so she can feel better about herself and fill a dark spot in her happiness it’s just not natural to be that heavy and I truly hope she does start to lose weight and be happier and just a disclaimer I’m not trying to be mean I’m trying to help her.

I also have a friend I met in Kindergarten . We were very close when we were young. Then when we hit our teens her Mom forbade her from hanging out with me because we got in a little bit of trouble and she blamed it on me because my Mom was divorced. We had to sneak around to see each other. It really felt bad. But no matter how long we were apart, when we got together again we were close as ever! I moved away across the country and haven’t seen her since but when we talk , it’s just like we spoke the week before . I miss her to bits. It makes me feel a little sad that loved ones & friends are so far apart. Makes me think of that Carole King song,” So Far Away”. And now with everything going on in the world I feel like everyone is so far away . Thanks for the video and stories . Love watching you Candy. 130 is actually the maximum standard weight for someone who is 4’11”. Anywhere from 110 lbs to 130 lbs is healthy. You’re fine haha

When we order food and bring it home, I take it out of the containers and throw them away (in case someone who’s handled it has the virus). I’ll sometimes even nuke the food a little bit in the microwave since heat kills the virus. Be safe Candy! Love you!!

@Mranda Hane, My hubby and I were thinking the same thing but we also thought that the place that do serve food have been losing a lot of money since this all started. They did realize that they could do drive through and delivery thank God to keep a float. Do you think that they would allow anyone that even has a sniffle into their place of service knowing this is all going on? Do you know the law suits not to mention they could lose this business over this if they allowed anyone in while preparing our food? That would be like financial suicide for them. Just a thought for you maybe that would calm the fear. :)

I can only have checker's very seldom. Maybe once or twice a year. I like everything you got except the milkshake and bacon. I never tried a banana shake but I wouldn't want to. I prefer chocolate and strawberry 🍓 mixed together or Butterfinger. And a burger is not a burger without ketchup!! And onions 😁👍 thanks for sharing. That's one strong lipstick. I am one of the people who is struggling during this time, my job is temporarily shut down without compensation so it's terribly difficult. But im right there with you. no, my veins are easy. my right one is better than the left though. it rolls and doesn't give blood as quickly as my right. so i just have them stick the right. i donated plasma for many years..those big ass needles. my veins squirt blood when i get stuck these days, nice and juicy. lol

ekbutle hun I have read up on it but people still have to pay their bills and take care of their damn kids. If they don’t have a job to take care of their family during this shit then how else would you expect them to get money so their kids don’t starve or become homeless? So don’t fucking start with me like I’m stupid. I know very well how dangerous this shit is considering my mom and Jason works in a fucking grocery store full of dumbasses. Your at risk just from being at home. But people still have to risk it to take care of their damn families and people are loosing their fucking jobs. This is one of the small ways of having a job to get money to help them out. So you can save people and help them out with having a job to take care of their families to. So shut up

My husband and I just had Checkers on Saturday.He got a double Big Buford,said it was the best burger ever. I like the fries,so good. I will definitely be getting a banana shake next time. Banana anything is my favorite.

Ugh... Every time I watch your videos my mouth waters cause of the food 😂😂😂 I haven't been to a fast food joint in 5 months. Mostly cause I live in a rural area and our only fast food places here are a pizza place and BK but as you can imagine the lines are ridiculously long. So I make something at home. Which is better.. But a burger from someplace else would be my heaven for a bit 😂😂😂

Grub Hub, Door Dash, Uber Eats are just a few food delivery services in my area. Check online for services in your area. Then you can go on their website and choose from restaurants. Place your order, you can pay and tip online and track your order. Some have free delivery going on now or for first time orders, and some charge a few bucks. Worth it to have food delivered to your door and not have to have any contact with anyone right now!
