Checking back in. 

It’s been a rough few weeks and I didn’t know what to say so I just went radio silent. And I’m sorry about that. This channel is called an ugly health journey for a reason. I knew it was going to have ugly sides so I need to show them. Because I’m human and life affects us outside of picture perfect moments.
So watching I realized I say “umm” way too much. Gonna work on that. But just shows that I am raw, I am real, and I am unfiltered.
