I will wait until Ryzen 5 8650U & Ryzen 7 8850U devices (man, AMD naming schemes for laptop chipsets can be confusing sometimes) come out with better frame rates at lower wattages.
If I may give you some feedback: the audio of the gameplay is imo too high. It interferes with the narration, which becomes hard to understand (as a non-native speaker at least. Maybe others don't find it cumbersome). Other than that, great video as always!
bro, your game listing videos are very good, very quality videos!!! 🤩 Your channel is going to grow a lot friend!! 🚀 I also wanted to know if win 4 heats up a lot? 🧐
it's a powerhouse mostly for emulation, for sure it can still hold up maybe 2 years, I can run AAA games at my OXP but I'd still rather play it on my desktop, but man playing my old games and some JRPG's here is freakin awesome, also tried Star Ocean 2 remake, it's solid 60fps also Forza Horizon 5 @60fps. if I'm going to upgrade, I'll wait for 2 more generations of APU. Nice Video!
Gpd needs to make their update processes more straightforward and the motion assistant needs a fps lock. Very informative video, I’m using the 7640u so I figure mine will be close to your numbers
It will vary based on the wattage. However, on the highest end (28w) with Forspoken you can expect around an hour. On the lower end, with 15watts under 2 hours I'd say. I covered battery performance in more detail during my review video here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-zD2PCQJjk_w.html
i think we have to question at which point are we actually getting a poor experience. i dont think being able to play a game counts as doing well and this list of games and the performance proves that... needing to use FSR on its performance modes at 720p to reach 30fps is quite tragic, thats really digging into the toilet to make games run. Dont get me wrong i own a steam deck, i own an Ally, enjoy them a lot but these things come out weak and a year later we are here and it does not look good, i hate to say it.
Another great video, but I have to ask, are you using some type of auto tune on your vocals? The cadence sounds slightly like text to speech or something similar.
I'd like to thank all of these companies for doing these refreshes. It's because of these refreshes that I got a great deal on one of my dream devices (win 4) for a great price from someone 😀
