There is a Farm in Lexington that grows Frasier’s. He’s the only one I know that can get them to grow at a pace you can sell within 10 years. Few other people have grown them and still do. But for most in KY it’s not that they won’t grow. It’s that they won’t grow fast enough. Talking 12-14 years instead of 6-8 for other varieties

They are slow growing for sure. The main thing that hurts us is the soil itself. Elevation plays a definite factor but can be overcome. I'd be interested in getting in touch with them to see if they have any pointers!
