Very cool! I must make the Spy Museum a destination of mine whenever I get back to DC. And speaking of the secret PO Box in Los Alamos, do not forget to watch "Oppenheimer" when it comes out in July. It will explain how the PO Box was used to receive mail from family members. The film was shot entirely in Los Alamos and Santa Fe. JustSaying.

Thank you for showing the Spy Museum. We visited there b.c. (before covid). Very interesting. Please check out the Bible Museum and the Postal Museum. All good when you are older like us and have been to D.C. before.

Slight correction, here, but GSG-9 wasn't formed until after the 1972 Munich Olympics. At the time, German Police didn't have trained snipers or a tactical team, and the military was forbidden from operating on German Soil in a police action, as a legacy of Nazi Germany. As a result of the events, including the Israeli Athletes who died during the botched rescue attempt, Germany formed GSG-9 as a dedicated police tactical team, to counter those types of events in the future.

I have a strange question...you have shown us the White House Historical Association store, but have you been in or shown us the White House Gift Shop operated by the Uniformed Division of the Secret Service? I have ordered merchandise from both and an impressed with such. If at all possible (and it may not be) could you give us a tour of the Gift Shop?
