Sorry I'm late, Dave. I watched the video earlier and fixed the rain in my brain, the track about the rain will be next, still waiting for delivery to the platforms. But I didn't have a translator at hand, sorry I'm still using it🙂 I'm just listening to the song Something, it's my favorite The Beatles song today🙂 Liverpool is very beautiful. I'm glad you're still traveling. Always love your nightly returns to camp👍🙂
Great review. Thanks. Got this library. Very cool...very deep...still discovering things. Love the percussions. And the sync feature is soooooooo useful. It is an additional library. Not a standalone one. But it adds much to compositions and is a real time saver with those sync features. An update is already in the work and announced for the end of the year. Thanks again.
yea... thanks for this informative video! the library is a specialist, sounds great and is a time saver for people who have deadlines. me as a hobbyist...I build these scenes by hand.
It seems pretty good, but as a producer how can you justify 659 for this? Especially when it's so slow to load, that's usually the main reason why I stop using certain virtual instruments. Pandora does sound great, but I can't really see who's going to buy it at that price. Your review is, as usual, very useful and informative. Great stuff!
Good question. My thoughts are if you are scoring films, games, trailers or television shows the sound quality far outways the loading speed (or lack of). Also, note that many composers have a multi-computer system with VEP loading up all their libraries in massive templates - so loading speed will most likely not be an issue for those composers. Although the price tag is high, if I had a suspense or action project I wouldn't hesitate a purchase as in my opinion the sonics of the library will elevate the score. thanks again for sharing your thoughts, Henrik.
It's great, but not sure it offers enough USP from other libraries (if you already have orchestral libraries) to warrant the $659 price tag, if it where half the price I would say it's one for the collection.
