Hello Thank you for this video. I have a Takeuchi TB153FR that is having similar issues where one track by itself won’t have power but when I apply both they function with the right track not providing near as much power as the left. Could you make a video explaining how the relief valves operate and how it’s malfunctioning can result in uneven distribution of power to the final drive?
it could affect all functions (both bad), or all functions on one side of the control valve (one bad check valve), but not one individual function like swing.
A couple of days ago i changed the seals of the drive valves(found under the paddles) of a CAT 219DLC. Today i moved it but when i came to move it again it didnt want to move neither way. The paddles responded because i heard the Hydraulic pump. Could there be air in the Hydraulic system?
I have the same machine new undercarriage new tracking motors. When you track the left is 50% of the tracking makes it walk towards the left side till you reset it any ideas? I’m thinking stuck check valve maybe
Helo!my pc 128 komatsu had a problem on the panel board,i can not go on hi travel.even if you push the botton on hi in the panel board it would not go to high speed.thank u
Hello, My cat 311c right track seized, most oil leaked out from centre joint and retainer plate at bottom of centre joint/ swivel joint got bent like a bowl with both holding bolts snapped off, was told the hydraulic main pump needs changing, put new one in and the same thing happened. New seals and new retainer plate destroyed. Now I am told the travel motor needs changing? Could you please help in what could be destroying the retainer plate with so much pressure? these ar one track drives put in just 50 hrs before running time?? Any advice would be most appreciated. Jason
No shift solonide working off speed sensor conected to controller then. The cat 311uc is controlled this way not saying they are the same machine but are c models my machine is giving me problems shift solonide not functioning properly
I've got a similar problem with my EX60-2. I have full power when both levers are used either the same or in full opposite directions to spin. If I relax on one of the levers the machine doesn't have the will to turn. If I slowly ease into it with only one lever often the motor will hardly load down and the track will just sit there and barely move/shudder. If I move the lever fast I have power. My machine has a flow combiner valve. Could this be the culprit? I took both of the relief valves out last night and disassembled them and they both look just fine.
@@shortrelaxingrainvideos8619 adapter sieve? I checked the case drain on my center joint yesterday and it is flowing when the track is stalled so I think that's my problem. Case drain on the track motor is almost nothing when stalled.
