@@ThatisnotHair well, if the cell is bigger, then the nucleus is also bigger. Which makes genetic material a lot longer than you expected

@@TheDeathCap Yes. That's great. But the subject is still a bit more complex. I´m not a researcher. But it seems that microscopes uses light to see the objects. But there is the logical possibility that in the Microscopic World there may be creatures that behave like glass. Light may flows through them, and they get not revealed by it. As we cannot also touch it to verify that it is in there. More sophisticated methods of observation may also be needed to generate an accurate image of this World.
