Here is a simple recipe for Cheese Mince Macaroni in Word format:
Cheese Mince Macaroni Recipe
Servings: 4-6
Ingredients:
- 1 pound macaroni
- 1 pound ground beef or mince
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup beef broth
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
2. Cook macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
3. In a large pan, cook the ground beef or mince over medium-high heat until browned, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks.
4. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pan and cook until the onion is translucent.
5. Stir in the frozen peas and carrots, flour, and beef broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
6. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, mince mixture, and grated cheese. Mix well.
7. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and dot the top with butter.
8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the macaroni is heated through.
9. Serve hot and enjoy!
Tips:
- Use lean ground beef or mince for the best results.
- Don't overcook the macaroni or the mince mixture.
- Adjust the amount of cheese to suit your taste.
- Add some diced bell peppers or tomatoes to the mince mixture for extra flavor.
