INGREDIENTS:
For the tangzhon:
❥ 15g all purpose flour (2 tbsp)
❥ 75ml water (1/3 cup)
For the dough:
❥ 170g warm whole milk (3/4 cup)
❥ 7g instant yeast (2 1/4 tsp)
❥ 35g granulated sugar (3 tbsp)
❥ 1 egg room temperature
❥ 30g melted unsalted butter (2 tbsp)
❥ Tangzhon
❥ 380g all purpose flour (3 cup + 2 tbsp)
❥ 8g milk powder (2 tsp)
❥ 1 tbsp dried parsley
❥ 3 tsp garlic powder
❥ 2 tsp salt
Egg wash:
❥ 1 egg
Filling:
❥ Cubed mozzarella (or any cheese do choice)
Honey garlic butter:
❥ 15g unsalted cubed butter
❥ 3 garlic cloves
❥ 1 1/2 tbsp honey
❥ 1 1/2 tsp dried parsley
❥ Salt to taste
