I don't know if it's still true but back when I tried that storyteller, there was a glitch where if you only had ONE colonist, you would never get raided.
It's much nicer to mod the game to have more capabilities to do stuff, but to allow the AI to have access to many of the same tricks. RimWorld of Magic, Glitter Tech, PsiTech, Vanilla Factions Expanded, Vehicle Framework, etc.
Love how apparently the most OP strategy in Rimworld is calling up daddy High Stellarch, who loves the absolute banger dance parties you host, to beat up the nasty bullies.
Well you aren't getting settings like these unless you enable development mode aka cheat mode where you can spawn infinite money and kill any threat. So it isn't this unbalanced in an actual game. This is just the most optimized it can be by changing every precept I'm dev mode.
i feel like that is kind of a stupid ass mod's fault, if something took my geothermal or a freaking door i would dev mod explosion damage it into oblivion so fast id probably delete the pillaged stuff with it, also mod : unsubscribe and reported for terrorism lmao
Actually, Igor is pronounced BOTH ee-gor and eye-gor. It depends on whatever the person wants to be called, although in the west it’s pronounced ee-gor 99.9% of the time, but I think Australia usually pronounces it eye-gor and probably a few other countries as well.
To defeat Igor you just gotta use The Mercenaries start, and procuring all colonist start full armored, then u just gotta kill some bugs wich the most dangerous are hella slow, and u got urshelf a very good start
Everytime i make a impenetrable castle complex my game stops loading the picture causing a freeze screen with sound. If i reload it stays stuck at 100% (even in my medieval era the mechoids cant touch my archers.... The king has a persona zeushammer) id love to show you if you could help recover this castle layout with working 1.3 killboxes
I don't really care about it. It's a whole new system to learn, adapt to and not be garbage at. I just got it to have it because it looks interesting and I MIGHT learn it eventually.
Hell I've got to the point ju just start every run with full research. I know it's so cheaty but I hate that grind I'll have to use this trick in my next void playthrough
That's boring to me. The progression is part of the journey and the story imo. That's why I don't buy weapons, armor, clothing or bionics. I either loot them or manufacture them myself.
@@mirceazaharia2094 more power to you u find waiting for research to be boring I'm not crafting weapons till I can craft the best ones anyhow so I just end up using scavenged fear 3/4ths of the playthrough
If they're set to be hostile forever, this trick would either cause many, MANY scary red (game-breaking) errors, or it would not work at all. It probably only works when next to a faction that has a pawn class that can be set as Peaceful - traders, guards, visitors, travelers, that sort of thing.
None. He's probably an ascended archotech machine god which messes with mortals for shts and giggles. It's a valid in-universe explanation, given the lore behind the archonexus end-game.
As long as you turn off VOID faction simply stealing away settlements, no problem. He just sends loads of attacks one after another. A strong enough defense and the mod RT Solar Flare Shield should deal with any issue.
im the kind of guy that has rjw on and plays as a main protaginist with a anime gf i've never once in my life had so much more pain from my wife saying she wasnt happy and was leaving kids kept anime wife dead *r e g r e t*
I see. My bases are all either perfect machines who never sleep, feel no fear, reproduce by building more of their kind, asexual paladins here to bring justice to an unjust world, space marine purge-teams (For the Emperor!), or utter depraved psychos. No "waifus" here. What is that word anyway? Some foul alien concept, no doubt.
What mod do you use for that easy to read horizontal research menu? Or is that not a mod? I've been playing modded Rimworld so much that it's difficult to tell where Vanilla ends and the mods begin.
It's from Alpha Biomes - from some extradimensional forest biome thingy. Also, Ocular Jellies from Alpha Animals produce these trees - by infesting normal trees with their foul alien farts.
Walking Problem and Object No 13 say HELLO. They're like Randy Random on space crack. Oskar Obnoxious also modifies numerical values of EVERYTHING every now and then and the Rick Sanchez storyteller just makes the game borderline unplayable. Winston Waves sends waves of attacks with rewards in-between. Void just wants you dead.
Your researcher is so broken you out researched my genetically modded researcher that never slept, had very little appetite, and basically all boosts imaginable to research via biotech.
at around 3:20 i have had someone with the same middle and last name as one of my pawns in a run so i was like holy shit when i seen another loser around
"Plasteel walls, you say? This will make a fine trophy for our mead hall!" That happened, ONCE. NEVER AGAIN. All viking prisoners are executed or organ-murdered. NEVER. AGAIN.
how to cheese yourself its just abusing the ideology mechanics it's like giving yourself God mode and laughing at how easy the game it but I won't judge the normal game is probably to hard for you
Bruh, mechanics exist to be used. If there were unfair mods then I guess that would be different, but using game mechanics to defeat game mechanics….is just playing the game. Maybe not how you would play it, but if it’s something the game lets you do naturally, then It’s not cheating
Let the man play however he wants, while you play however you want. I wouldn't personally cheese the game in this way more than once, but it's fun to watch and learn about these interesting exploits.
