Cheesy Grilled Veggie Delight Sandwich

Ingredients:
- White bread
- Black pepper powder
- Chilli flakes
- Finely shredded cabbage
- Mayonnaise
- Finely chopped cucumber
- Ketchup
- Oregano
- Mixed herbs
- Chaat masala
- Salt
- Finely chopped onions
- Finely chopped tomatoes
- A pinch of red chili powder
- Butter
- Cheese
- Capsicum
Procedure:
1. In a pan, melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Sauté finely chopped onions until they turn slightly pink.
2. Add shredded cabbage to the pan and stir. Follow by adding capsicum, tomatoes, and cucumber all finely chopped. Season with salt and red chili powder. Sauté for about half a minute.
3. Turn off the heat and let the mixture cool. Once cooled, add 1 teaspoon of oregano, mixed herbs, 2 tablespoons of ketchup, mayonnaise, and shredded cheese. Mix well.
4. Spread the prepared mixture on a slice of bread and cover it with another slice.
5. Place the sandwich on a hot griddle, pressing it down with another heavy object. Cook until both sides are golden brown.
6. Serve the hot, cheesy grilled sandwich and enjoy!
Note: If you don't have a grill, you can press the sandwich with a hot tawa (griddle) and place a heavy object on top to achieve a similar effect.
