These look delicious! I just took some cranberry jalapeño chicken meatballs out of the freezer (from Costco). I’m going to see what would go good with these to substitute the marinara. Maybe cranberry sauce and Brie?

Yes that looks amazing. One could go crazy on variations . I gotta try this i probably be a little hevey on the cheese glad you said something about the cooking spray . I would automatically think a white garlic sauce with Monterey jack or white cheddar cheese and chicken bacon with scallions topping just nuts . It really does me good seeing these because it inspires me alot not just to make whats presented but to try different alterations. 👋

Thank you for the great appetizer. The only thing I would do different is let the meatballs defrost for about 1/2 hr, and quarter them before placing in the muffin pans, then put the marinara sauce and cheese on top. But they look really yummy Catherine.

I put the meatballs on the dough frozen, and they came out great.
