Ingredients:
Chicken 2 cups boneless
3 tbsp oil
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
4 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp chili sauce
3 tbsp soy sauce
Salt
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tbsp tikka powder
1 cup Cheddar cheese
1 cup mozarella cheese
Pizza sauce
Special Cheezious crown crust sauce:
3 cloves of garlic
1 egg
1 cup vegetable oil
Salt
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
1/4 tsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp mixed herbs
Capsicum (1/4 cup)
Onion (1/4 cup)
Black olives
METHOD:
1. Add oil and ginger and garlic. Saute and add chicken with all the spices. Cook until the oil starts to separate.
2. Spread pizza sauce on the pizza base ( • Pizza Sauce | How to m... )
3. Spread half of both kinds of cheese. Spread chicken and vegetables. Top with more cheese.
4. Bake at 200 C for 20 to 25 minutes.
5. Sprinkle mixed herbs on top.
6. For the sauce, add 3 garlic cloves and 1 egg in a blender. Blend at high speed then slowly add oil, and turn the blender off.
Add vinegar, and salt pepper and mix. The sauce is ready.
7. Top with sauce
