A sad fact.. here in the Philippines there are people that sell recooked leftover food(mostly fried chicken) from fastfood chains like Jollibee and McDonalds ,they take those leftovers wash them , season them then fry they again. It's called "Pag-pag" and this is what the less fortunate eats in the slums... I hope people that read this understands that they should be grateful for the food that they have because a lot of people in the world can barely have what you get to in your daily life.

the craziest thing about this to me is that he can save money on food and stuff without literally eating out of the trash. like discount stores, food banks/food pantries, and other types of charities exist. he could just use them to save money and still have the stuff that he needs, but no... he'd rather eat out of the trash. and then he has the audacity to feed it to other people and not even tell them until after they already ate it.

I remember when I was little my sibs and I used to dumpster dive for food, but unlike this guy, we did it in order to survive because we were poor and were nearly starving to death. Our immune systems are like heavy duty iron now. We’re okay now, thank god, but psychologically I do sometimes worry about the price of the things I buy (don’t eat out of the trash though)

We’re 6:42 in and I have SO MANY NOTES already!!! He doesn’t wear underwear but showers with clothes on, IN PUBLIC, so you know his private areas aren’t getting adequately cleaned. He’s picking bottles of mystery liquid out of trash cans. How can you be sure it’s actually wine? Or that it’s still safe to drink? If I were his neighbor, I’d install a doorbell cam, just so I’d know when he was at the door, so I could ignore him. No one wants someone begging for items at their door every day.

I'm from Haiti, I've met a family of 5 children who used to collect things from trash... it's a sad reality, but there are a lot of people who can't access food, and most of the time, they beg, eat from trash or steal. I will always be grateful because I've always had access to food, and I've always made sure to not waste because I know how food is a big deal

Even as an adult, I feel guilty if I don't finish my plate at a restaurant or let something expire at home before I can eat it. I didn't grow up poor, but my family had cycles of money being plentiful and money being very low/nonexistent, so I feel like that experience very much made me appreciate when we COULD afford food. What especially irritates me though are channels right here on YT that order obscene amounts of food just to take like one bite and throw the rest away. I honestly just don't understand people like that, but they most likely never wanted for food in their entire lives.

The amount of times I said, "No!" while watching this video has to be some kind of record! 😂 My contamination OCD could NEVER!!! Also, if I went to a cooking class and they revealed to me that the wine was from a dumpster AFTER I drank it, I wouldn't stay for the rest of the class! No way!

We literally just used a fork as a whisk for most of my life. We have one now but whenever we can't find it we just go back to forks. Whisks are hardly a necessary cooking utensil... For something that thick we'd just use a wooden spoon
