I made the seasoning mix and as soon as my turkey thaws out I am trying it. Let you know how it turned out. Update well I usually buy Applegate turkey sausage but I must admit this is tasty and growns on you as you keep eating it. Thanks!

No fennel or anise?

I made these step by step. They do not taste like the sausage I was expecting. More like an over spiced turkey burger. Sorry!
