Chef Martin Yan Cuts Up a Chicken in 37 Seconds for The Gay Gourmet of the San Francisco Bay Times 

The Gay Gourmet for the San Francisco Bay Times, David Landis, recently attended an exclusive cooking demonstration presented by Chef Martin Yan in San Francisco at the Culinary Artistas cooking school in Ghirardelli Square. During the event, sponsored by the American Pistachio Growers, Chef Yan cut up a chicken in 37 seconds! Chef Yan can do it in about 18 seconds, but "slowed" things down so viewers could see each step.
