"can you double check if everybody is good?" >server counts tables UH JUST FIGURE OUT HOW MANY SERVINGS YOU SERVED AND SUBTRACT THAT FROM THE NUMBER OF TABLES it's not like they didn't tell the contestants how many servings they needed to prep. Otherwise it's like "hey you're making food for x people" "how many is x?" "oh it's a surprise" i'm going to start prepping to make 100 servings if anybody pulled that on me. dumb. fake.

Customer waiting without food that long wouldn’t have happened in master chef us and Canada. Usually one of the judges circulate around getting feedback from the customers. Theses judges are sitting on their asses!

There's a big difference between waiting for a few mins while seeing everyone else get their meals and waiting an entire half an hour not saying a word while others are starting their deserts.

The problem with putting PannaCotta in a blast chiller is that, it messes up the gelatinous consistency of it. And pannacottas don't melt when left out. But if you put it in a chiller, it's gonna melt. It's a Hail Mary move.

I never go to these kind of restaurants because you walk out hungrier then you came. If the food is good, I want a lot of it, not tiny crumbs. I could eat some of these dishes in under 5 seconds easily.
