Onsen eggs:

5 tbsp. brown sugar
1-inch ginger, sliced
4 pcs. white onions, sliced and peeled
pinch of dashi
pinch of black pepper
500g sukiyaki cut meat, sliced as per video
Toasted sesame seeds
sesame oil
spring onions, chopped finely
