CHARLIE CHAN COPY CAT
Chicken Marinade:
400g chicken breast fillet, cut into strips
salt and pepper
soy sauce
cornstarch
ginger
Pasta ingredients:
500g spaghetti
2 tbsp. minced garlic
1 onion, slice
tomato paste
60g smooth peanut butter
soy sauce
pasta water
brown sugar
chili flakes
4 pcs. red bell peppers, julienne
shitake mushrooms
200g cooked skinless peanuts
