½ cup alamang guisado
2 tbsp. minced garlic
1 tbsp. ginger, finely chopped
2 pcs. red onions, sliced
8 pcs. green chilies
8 pcs. red chilies
4 cups coconut milk
1kg sigarilyas (wingbeans), sliced
salt, pepper, patis, to taste
vegetable powder or mushroom powder, as needed
