Catfish is my staple but I also like trout both flayed and boneless. That is because I tend to eat it so fast and not look for bones, so safer for me to have it de boned ahead of time. Just looking out over the water from a high vantage point near it is my favorite way to do it.

I would have thought that somebody, anybody would have invented 👃-A-vision by now..😂😂😂, but not only does the food you prepare looks Devine, but it's so beautiful, quiet & peaceful there, nobody bothering you, no noises from the world, just you, nature and the animals..NOW THAT'S WHAT I CALL BLISS AT ITS FINEST..thank you for sharing cooking recipes 👍👍SUPER..

Yeah I'm allergic to most fish and seafood, but the ones I can eat I love fire roased with herbs and salt and pepper, smoked,or grilled with roasted vegetables, or if shrimp or muscles, or clams ( the only shell fish I can eat and am not allergic to)baked in a sauce or chowder.

I am not picky. Fish with bones is ok with me. I like Sturgeon and Gilthead Seabream a lot. My Favorite view would be a full Moon over the Ocean or even over a Lake.
