Great tip! Tried and successfully tested! I was able to utilise a pack of carrots I bought for Xmas dinner AND New years day a week later. If I didn't try your method, they would've grown mold by now. QUESTION: Do you know how long they'll keep in the fridge like this? Mine were still perfect a week later

I’m going to try this one, can you do the same method with zucchini and jalapeños ? I once seen a lady put her carrots in a drawer on dry sand , never tried it though.
