Chemdraw: Showing Implied Carbons and Hydrogens in Bond-Line Formulas 

You can use the "A" tool in ChemDraw to remove an explicit H; however, there are many cases where doing so would result in the red box error. For example, removing the H off of an --OH or --NH2 would cause an error.
