Bbsr might be a capital of temples, but it doesn't put Chennai far ahead, infact Chennai is the only metropolitan to conserve it's huge number of temples and it's regarded as cultural capital Coming to city planning, ofcourse Chennai is a well planned metro city in comparison to bengaluru and Mumbai, infact Madras is the 2nd oldest corporation in the world, so city planning is not a joke here... Moreover Chennai is the medical capital of India, medicine here is cheap, affordable and has a good standard ( need not forget that MMC could beat AIIMS bhubaneswar at all times, source: NMC nirf ranking ).....
