I have been dining in at Akshayam various branches yesterday it was so digusting and disappointing with your order taking person he was so rude despite of that we didn’t care much and ordered about 10 items so the first item soup came then mushroom 65 he served wrongly to the next table they ate it and said this was not ordered by us we only ordered paneer then he came back saw the phone and took back after more than 5 mins he kept the same plate to us in this table we didn’t mind it initially while touching the mushroom the heat was completely gone off it was so cold since it’s been more than 10 minutes after preparation I called him gently said it’s so cold when did you put this replace this item with hot one do not reheat this give me a fresh one I said he was not ready to stand and listen as if we are eating for free went some distance if you don’t want this cancel he shouts from an distance in a disgusting manner as if we did something wrong and asking for free immediately I left the place asking for bill for soup alone what we had manager like person came and asked issue he listened but nothing he said to him he didn’t even respect that man also he also didn’t tell anything he scolded us something in Hindi left off THE WORD HOTEL IS FOR HOSPITALITY WHY it’s being so poor nowadays in Akshayam no one is monitoring anything I am trying to contact to Mr . Rajesh to pass on the feedback’s I feel so bad after spending many crores by their owner these front line persons spoil ruin the entire business it’s time to take care of everyone sales and service team even at that time everyone were passing on comment yes this guy is so bad from initial itself so arrogant so rude irritating if anyone do not want to eat we can go to his table he will provoke make us tensed and after that we will leave

Looking at the title, i expected Mr.Rajesh will say about his Hotel Sree Akshayam and its Food varieties, dishes, etc... But this video seems to be promotion for Venus Hotel Equipments supplies

Kindly replace the manager at velachery if not people will stop going to velachery branch

Pls open a branch in Ambattur OT at the earliest. It covers Ambattur OT, Avadi and Thirumullaivoyal. It is a big market.

Last 14.3.24 , my family about 4 members went to hotel Akashyam anna nagar we had tiffen and ordered one parota, chappathi, ldiyappam, we paid for that , after pickup the parceal ,we found their is only chappathi kuruma , ,and we eaten banana and slept since it is 11 pm , next day morning i informe but no response, again evening i i formed Nr. Ramakrishnan pick uped the phone ,no action ,i asked M.D. number they refuse to give , i want justification, it not for money ,they are not bothered sbout the customer, their is name and number od the owner , ,first try give respect to the customer pl take actio thanku

VELACHERY akshyam food quality is poor. Your thin pulka roti is 90% maida which is harmful for the glut. Health and the high price charged. I do not know you use wheat at all.But chewing your pulka roti is jaw paining. Please note dis satisfaction and curse for having got cheated will bring your progress Down.
