Brief description of the video

Sir cheque me amount in figures place me 1st 400000 likha 4 ko over writing karke 900000 kiya amount in words place me Nine lakhs rupees likha ye cheque cheque bounce case me valid hotha?

Cheque would have to be examined by expert agency, incase of over writing, cheque becomes invalid

I got cheque of some lakh rs which is my father's money after his death me n my step mother decided to divide it equally She is nominee so she has given me cheque of half of the total bank account money of my father and give a written notes in paper also she is giving the half money with her will not forced now after when I put cheque stop payment by her when I file case for cheque bounce she is given me notice as cheque is for only security purpose and I m misusing the cheque she has given the application for this in bank n police station earlier

Sir , mere blank cheques with signature chori ho gaye thay , i had complaint online f i r . But bank ko koi information nahi diya . Ab 138 act mein case kar diya gaya hai . Bank ki information naa dene per koi effect aa sakta hai . Plz advice me

Giving information to bank is also important. It will affect your case. But other factors are also to be seen. I can advise you on the basis of complaint given in cheque dishonour case.

सर मुझे कल ही 02/03/2024 को मुझे मजिस्ट्रेट कोर्ट ने दोषी करार दिया हैं 1 साल की सजा और 4.50 लाख का जुर्माना हमारा चेक भाई ने दिया था लेनदेन भाई के साथ हुवा लेकिन फस हम गए को 139 पर जज साहब ने दोषी करार दिया पर अपील में कसे बचे बताए सर....

Sir mere dost ne mujhse 2 lakh rs liye but dusre k account me liye... check ka payment rukwa diya...mai payment cash me dikha kar ya jis number par payment kiya uska detail de kar notice send karu please help sir

You can file case of cheque dishonour only against person in whose account money was given.
