On Saturday we brought over 2500 kilos of food, medicine and hygiene items to the village close to Belarus border in Chernihiv region. Altogether our church prepared packs for 250 families. As is the case with many post-occupied villages on the north of Ukraine, people there mostly depend on humanitarian aid delivered by volunteers with smaller buses, as heavy trucks simply cannot get around due to damaged roads and bridges. The government is working to restore logistics in the region, but for now many people still depend on support of volunteers.
