It's amazing to see that Jay being the star he is, he interacts with all sorts of people in the industry, all with unusual training styles / nutritional / lifestyle choices. But he can still get along well with all of them and be really nice and humble despite his legendary status.

While I use the machines, I do incorporate free weights which force me to concentrate on stabilizing that muscle myself, rather than the machine doing it for me. One day I'll have to make it out to Gold's Venice. Thanks for another great video Jay and Dave!

Jay is not the biggest guy now, but he is still freakish, this is how you can recognise mr. O - aura of champion 💪🏻 I had very hard time coming back to training but watching the channel got me motivated - thanks guys! Mostly free weights for me, machines only for pump sets - this works best for me. Cheers from UK
I always incorporate free weights. I alternate between dumbbells and barbells. Usually chest is more free weights and back is more machines. Although I usually always do dumbbell rows or one arm barbell rows john meadows style.
Great as always you two. At 65yrs old and with many miles on the odometer free weights are used a little less and machines are easier to target and isolate.

Jay has said he did 5 days on 1 body part now he says he stacks body parts. Major respect with his age and still no major injuries like other Mr. Olympia champs. May you stay in great shape champ
I always incorporate free weights when I can and just really use dumbbells. Usually chest is more machines then more free weights due to having surgery on my shoulder. I always try to incorporate a lot of things that Jay puts out to try and mix up different styles to help with trying to get bigger.
the dude getting the protein says " i think he played QB or something" a month or so ago on the Theo Von podcast he said " next week ill be having Jay Cutler on" and i assumed it was this Jay Cutler and then on the day it came out it was disappointing bc it was the QB :(

Brilliant video Jay - I’m working with free weights at the moment but I know machines cables are also very good..thing is the machines at Golds gym like that bicep one is not in every gym..that’s such a great looking machine 👊 hopefully will make it to Gilds gym one day..
Great video but definitely too zoomed in especially on Jay’s face. Lot of him talking don’t even have all of his face in the video lol Sorry but video’s this zoomed in are less pleasing to watch and don’t do Jay as much justice in my opinion.
