There's something about bodybuilding that gets inside you and becomes a part of you. The training the eating the growing the routine the progress the striving. There's nothing like it where you can work towards something and see the progress see the results with your eyes and how you feel. Those that haven't experienced it don't understand but if they did they'd know why people love bodybuilding. It's the perfect example of having an image in your mind and realizing it through hard consistent work. Which is a metaphor for a lot of things in life.

That's very true I think because we were not meant to have mundane jobs that suck up most of our Lives. As men we are to grow stronger bigger eat hunt provide safety security and everything else for our families and our loved ones. We aren't supposed to get up every morning and go to a bulshit job to pay the bills. That's not what life is about. Bodybuilding brings you back to the basics of what life is about hard work growth goal achieving progression

Arnold had a great chest this is true I think Franco Colombo Chest was just as good if not better back in their prime you have to remember this is just opinion just because Ronnie Coleman said it doesn’t make it fact. Also I don’t think he meant greatest chest of all time meaning even by today’s standards

I did chest today. I did 12 sers of bench press. I went from decline to flat to incline and I started light as warmup,went to heavy then ended with medium load,then ended it with 5 sets of 7reps barbell shoulder press. Nice workout

Never used a trainer. Never had a gym bag. Didn't have them expensive supplements like everyone else. I'd go in. Tackle the weights for 4 hours. Go home. Self trained for over 20 years. I do it because I love it. Because it's fun. If it don't hurt. I dont stop
