this is some powerful stuff. i’ve been infected w/covid-19 & just got diagnosed w/pneumonia. i was not able to breathe properly & my body was so agitated from coughing so much. i started to feel like i was healing as soon as i started playing this. after an hour of this i was able to eat, & i had not been able to eat for days. my body started sweating like crazy, like cleansing itself. i have this on repeat. My 6 month baby has pneumonia I’ve been playing this all morning. She finally ate a little, she’s finally sleeping and she’s coughing less. I’m using this in addition to antibiotics, steam, essential oil diffuser, and lots of skin to skin bonding. Seems to be helpful. Thank you for uploading.

I really want to believe it's going to help me. I started coughing about a month ago, then developed a mild fever, chills, severe headaches, nausea, fatigue etc. I have been staying at home all this time due to coronavirus lockdown in NY. Nothing was really, and thankfully, severe or unbearable. Fever would be reduced in about 2 weeks but coughing persists. It's been a month so i am starting to become anxious. I have no medical insurance or money and no one to turn to so tunes like this are one of my main remedies these days.. I felt terrible headache and nausea yesterday. The pain killer helped only a little. So i just kept listening to these tunes. This particular one is new for me. I only came across it today. As i am listening to it right now, i feel continuous urges to cough up mucus. I have a bunch of tissues next to me already. So i take it that's a good sign, right?.. Blessings and health to all of you guys! Sometimes just crying, sharing and writing in comments here helps me to calm myself and stop thinking all those dark thoughts about suicide..

I've been so sick for weeks to the point my doctor signed me off for 2 weeks. I have blood tests tomorrow and I'm pretty sure I have a severe chest infection or pneumonia/bronchitis. I've been fighting for breath, especially at night. I cough so much I'm close to vomiting several times. Last night was such a hard night as I can't sleep for the coughing fits and shortness of breath. I put this on to relax and within 10 minutes I coughed up so much phlegm and my sinuses are clearing out but it isn't as brutal and exhausting as it has been. I am feeling relief of the headache and some of the muscle aches. Going to listen to this on repeat.

Excellent mix. Developed laryngitis out-of-blue, sinus congestion, post nasal drip and that morphed into a juicy cough, bad sinus pressure and ear “itching.” This immediately started working on relieving symptoms. Haven’t coughed once while listening to it; sinus pressure improved as well as ability to breathe. Chest feels less tight. Really great work and much appreciated. ❤

Ugh this is what I get a few times a week. I never knew it was caused by allergies till just recently actually so now I’m using allergy meds, mucinex and these frequencies and helps so much! Best way to listen and get full effect is w noise cancelling headphones

Have a horrible cough . Been sick for two weeks. Doctor told me what is going on is a viral infection that caused me to have an upper respiratory infection and there wasn't anything to do but let it run it's course . I believe in the power of frequencies/energy so I looked some up late night early morning when I couldn't sleep because of the coughing. I found myself waking up a little while ago coughing up and having to spit out mucus several times and I am now breathing clearer and not coughing at the moment. The frequencies are still playing. And I plan to continue to listen to and to play more healing frequencies. Doctor said my son was fine yet I like to make sure everyone in my home is well and my house clean and safe

This might be better than the "cough relief" binaural beats..... I think that the latter is temporary & just focuses on stopping the cough, while this one is more of a deeper treatment....actually trying to alleviate the chest infection itself.

If someone told me that standing on my head and spiting purple nickels would help me through this I would try it. At this juncture I just want my life back. I am so sick and tired of being sick. I was supposed to get cancer surgery on the eighth of Jan. And had to postpone I due to this viral chest infection. Also my birthday was on Jan. 5th and I turned 71 yrs. while suffering with this curse.. Need this tumor out of my breast ASAP. So I am listening to this, maybe placebo, or maybe not. I will try to have faith that this works for me. Trusting in my God.

Aw, im so sorry to hear of your suffering. I don’t know what you have tried for cancer but a raw vegan diet can help at least if not raw totally a high percentage of green juices like wheatgrass juice you can sprout and make yourself and fresh veg, possible detox lymph glands using black grapes, water melons also great cleanse. Cannabis oil by Rick Simpson oil very good, fasting apricot kernels etc. I hope that gives you some info to start healing your body and eradicate the cancer. Best wishes and love to you.

I’ve had the flu for the last week and it’s been bad. Anyone else have to vomit when listening? Started breathing issues and phlegm in right lung at the COVID19 outbreak. Negative test, antibiotics, herbs and spices - nothing has helped for the last 5 weeks. Tried this as a last resort. 1st listen, felt less pressure and gagged a lot. Second listen vomited mucus and chest tightening gone! Will continue twice daily for a week and give an update

@Alex Breathing is back to normal. Feel a random need to cough although lungs are clear. Getting intermittent scratchy throat. Seems to only happen at night. Starting taking monolaurin and feel a bit of relief from the sinus/throat issues. Haven't listened to this much and have switched to bacteria killing which seems to help when I'm consistent.

Started using this three days ago. I was suffering greatly, in complete misery barely able to breathe. I probably should have been in the hospital but who can afford that? I listened to this twice a day. I took echinacea, zinc, mucus relief tabs, elderberry and drank lots of water & broth. Kimmy_24 Hi Kimmy_24, We live in Thailand and the air pollution in the north is getting worse between Jan and Mar. My husband and I have caught some infection recently, not sure if it’s from the pollution or from something else. I have been having dark green phlegm and fever for the past few days and last night my chest felt very tight that it was so hard to breathe. I could normally handle the regular flu or cold condition but this time, it’s so different. When we aren’t able to breathe properly, the brain starts to get freaked out and you find yourself wanting to breathe faster to get some more air... but what actually works is to try to calm down and slow down the breath even more. I practice and teach yoga and breathing, so this technique really helped me last night.
