Chest Skinfold (Males only)

This video shows you how to mark and measure your client's chest skinfold site. This site is only used for male subjects.
You can then use this measurement along with others, in several anthropometric methods such as Yuhasz (1982) or Jackson and Pollock (1978 & 1980) to determine your clients percent body fat.
