i m very big fan of aamir khan but the story is of chetan bhagat thats the fact aur aisi kahani IIT or IIT jaise institutes ke engineers ki hi hoti hai . The movie is a copy of 5 point someone ( upto 50%) and that's a huge percentage.... Chetan deserves to be treated at par(if not more) with Abhijaat as far as credit of writing the story goes...... Aamir should read the book first and then publicly say(which he can't do) that Chetan wants to take credit and publicity of the hit movie. no one can deny that book has served as a primary source to develop the storyline of the movie... absolutely no one. give CHETAN is due respect and credit not just 10 lakh that aamir claims to have been paid to him as a contract........ chetan deserves a lottttt lotttttttttt more... hats off to chetan for writing the incredible book-" five point someone"- a treat to all engineering students and he still seems not so concerned even after a major copyright stealth issue. chetan bhagat is an incredible man. I saw this movie because I heard it is based on 5 point somethin novel and vidu chopra movies and I also believed after I saw not for aamir or other cast. This is really very unfortunate that star like Aamir gave answer by introducing someone's voice in negative manner. I would say manipulating truth is not good manner Aamir and indeed bad manner. I can see similarities in both and also know the book written 5yrs ago. Keep up Cheatan and SPEAK OUT.
I have read the book college and hostel life where movie gathers momentum and draws interest is 80% copied.but in book there is nothing about transforming edu system and all...but u just need one idea to start a thing and here 60% is pure copy..so its copied...
