This song is relatable to everyone, we all had a time in our lives where we suffer from pain, like a toxic relationship, or something bad happened in your past, but you stuff your pain in your gut, (sending the pain below). But it hurts you not telling anyone. Alot of times it is better to get stuff off your chest, but if you don't, you'll suffocate and the pain gets worse
