The answer is.. not as much of a difference in a full team rotation as you would think. The biggest difference is in team energy requirements, her personal damage, and of course, her C6 which can grant 60% pyro and electro damage bonus. There is a caveat however; it is activated per tick of her healing after using her skill. While this healing still works with characters like Arlecchino (who cannot be healed while in combat), the healing ticks roughly once every 2s for 12s, so 6 ticks. You need 3 ticks to receive the full damage bonus, which only lasts 8 seconds per stack and is counted independently. This means you only have the full damage bonus buff active for a maximum of 6 seconds.
What this means basically is:
Activate Chevreuse C6 ability -- On field your carry for at least 6 seconds. If your carry stays on field for more than 6s, you will gain significant benefit from C6. Otherwise you might not notice as much of a difference.
In this light, if you have C6 Chevreuse and want to make the most of her kit, use her last before you swap to your carry, and then stay on your carry for as long as you may need (ideally 12s).
