CHEVROLET CRUZE CENTRAL LOCKING MODULE ANTI THEFT MODULE LOCATION REPLACEMENT
In this video we will show how to remove the anti theft module / central locking module in case you need to replace it on Chevrolet Cruze and we will show you where the anti theft module / central locking module is located on Chevrolet Cruze. It takes only a few minutes to remove and replace the anti theft module / central locking module on your Chevrolet Cruze. Chevy Cruze in some markets is known as Holden Cruze. We demonstrated how to remove and replace the anti theft module / central locking module on a 2015 Chevrolet Cruze but it should work on the following years.

Everytime I took my key out the ignition and open the door my car would automatically lock and the alarm would go off. This video helped me tremendously! After taking out the locking system I can still drive and lock my car manually which works for me!

I had this problem and after replacing the battery everything works fine. When starting I was getting the Anti Theft pop up, heat wouldn’t work, wipers came on, hazards went on or it needed a jump start.

Hey you guys I have a quick fix to get you back on the road! I've tried this twice and it worked! (My key fob is broken) it's risky but try having someone give you a jump lol I know the car heads are like alternator and electric computer whatever but hey it saves the day. It didn't work at first but leave it connected for a new seconds and have them reve the engine

This is the same procedure for a 2016 Chevy Trax right? It’s the same part number, so I’m assuming it’s all the same.

Hi, I got a Chevy Cruze VCDI,2011 a UK version. The other day I cleaned the key fob with boiling water and now the central locking is temperamental. The doors only lock when I press the pad on the fob that suppose to open the door locks. I opened the fob and didn’t notice any water damage of any significance, however I cleaned the electronic circuit board with alcohol but the problem is still there. Any guidance will be appreciated. The car starts as normal and the doors will only open with the key . The central locking works fine when I use the internal open/ close door locks via the the central locking switch located near the heating/stereo system.

2014 chevy cruze. After my car is turned off my car lights and horn are going on. Antitheft message comes on dash. This killed my battery because in the middle of the night the horn and all the lights would flash. I charged the car battery . I changed the negative side battery cable. I replaced the Antitheft module. I left the battery cables unattached for 5 hours. And it still is happening. I don’t know if it’s the computer system. Something is making the Antitheft go on.

Hi did you try it? I'm having that problem now. My fob split in half and I lost the button side and circuit board now the stupid theft deterrent thing won't let me start it.
