We have 2016 and have had one problem the positioning solenoid, P0011. Fixed it for $45. Run a fuel system cleaner in the vehicle every other month. (I recommend Sea Foam for trucks and SUV's.) Change the transmission fluid ever 25,000 miles. It runs better that when new.
Since I’ve owned this I’ve had the rear engine oil seal replaced twice The first one GM dealership replaced it we had to pay for the labor because I showed them the Bulletin on this problem. The second time was last year and they wouldn’t replace it or repair it costing me $2600.
Turbocharged 4 cyl will draw oil from crankcase if engine air filter is not clean. Shakes are symptom of total engine oil loss. Replace engine air filter and oil asap, and check oil level every gas fillup. Get further info on line.
i think they are talking about, like sitting at a light, in drive with the brakes on, its lurches and engine RPM drops down to about 500 and goes back up to about 750 and then back down and almost stalls.
2011 equinox idles fine put it in gear it sometimes drops back into idle speed I put in neutral and can't raise engine for a couple of minutes. When engine does raise I can continue what can cause that
