Chevy Cruze radio no sound 

I have a 2014 Cruze. Radio volume and instrument sounds vanished. ALL displays worked normal. This was the only video I found that said to take this action. IT WORKED!! This doesn’t mean it will work for everyone, but for the total cost of ZERO DOLLARS, it’s worth trying!

Saved my life . I didn’t have an amp but opened up the right compartment in the back of my hatchback unplugged two wires and p it then back in. Did the trick 🙏🏻

This method just worked perfectly for me and my '15 Cruze. Still curious about what caused problem. I had no radio and blinker sound.

hello. I have the same problem. chevy cruze 1.8 2012. No sound and buttons doesnt work, but the touch screen and nav does. i dont have an amp in the back , but took apart the whole stereo and unplugged all the plugs , reinstalled but still no sound. do you have Any wisdom to share ?

You just unplugged the fuel pump module 😅the other one was amp
