Negative battery cable on cruze 2012 was my problem,ie stabiltrak, raidio off on, voltage fluctuating etc. Replace cable with GM ordered part, discount 23 dollar,,,,no more problems. Btw, put on yourself, may need that small m6 bolt
Gotta love them defected car parts. Quality definitely missed something or there test where shit. I used to work for novares which is pretty much that kinda stuff we would build those tanks and valve covers.

It's worth checking the charging system and battery even if it's new. First try to flex the negative cable right by the battery terminal and see if you regain battery functionality.
My GF has this car. The worse car GM has ever built. GM has gone way down in quality. My dream or owning something brand new will never happen. It’s a rip off scam now.
Hey man quick question I have the same EXACT problem. I replaced the negative battery cable, but the problem still persists. The ground that connects to the cable was loose one day and it wouldn’t even start and it was dead. I tightened tf out of the negative battery ground terminal cable and the problem still arises. Is it a crimping problem?
