Excellent video thanks a million I was going to use a screwdriver. All u hv to do is put ur hand behind under the bumper and push the plastic clip in to release the whole small lightbulb housing 👍👍 nice
Thanks for posting! I also have a 04 Tahoe. one bulb burnt and one house collapsed completely just tonight so I’ll be heading over to Auto zone tomorrow to purchase them. Replacing all to save time and trouble 😁
Coming back to say i appreciate the help! I went to AutoZone just today, found them at 6 bucks each housing! They ended up installing them for me at no cost!
Thx 4 ur video. I have a 2001 Chevy Blazer LT 4x4 the plastic springy clip is located on the top not the side like yours of the lightbulb housing. The bottom has the plastic hook part. I used a curved tweezer to take it apart. Hope this helps someone.
Thank you I just changed all my tail lights brake lights backup lights and while I was doing that I noticed that I did not have a license plate light thought I'd look on RU-vid and yours RU-vid was fantastic I'm going to go tomorrow and pick up some license plate lights I appreciate your video thank you
Thanks for the help. I guess I'm getting old because I just couldn't push that clip loose with my hand. I got under the truck and pushed it with a screwdriver and the rest was quick and easy. The original bulbs were incandescent but I replaced it with an led version. If the led doesn't light up you have to pull it out and turn it around and put it back in. It should out last me. 👍 😆
I couldn't push the clips either but was able to remove the bulb, from watching this, and replace it under the bumper! It just pulled right out just like it did here on top of the bumper. Worked out great! Thanks for the video!!
Great videos thank you sir ,I had a broken one on my 2002 1500 ,41 thumbs down, those people probably don't have a brain, again thank you will order mine from Amazon
THATS THE THING I HAVE 2000 CHEVY BLAZER SAME LICENSE PLATE LIGHT BUT U CAN'T REACH IN BEHIND LIKE YOU DID ITS SEALED UP METAL STEELE ALL AROUND IT ALREADY TRYED that seems I'll have try pop it out from outside bumper
