Just wanted to cover a few upgrades on my 2020 Colorado ZR2. Leveling kit, Diff drop, Turbo tubes, Intake. Hope this helps others considering mods on their Colorado ZR2
Dude!! I am so freaking glad I came across this video. The last couple of weeks Ive been STRESSING OUT. I have the ready lift leveling kit with 33 inch tires and I've torn all my boots the last 2 weeks. My 22 ZR2 is at the dealership again and I've contacted a lawyer for the the lemon law 😂 BUT now that I've come across the diff drop it sounds like that will solve my issue. So I'm probably going to order the peak suspension hd boots and the 1 inch diff drop and let's hope that my issue is resolved. Will be subscribing to your page bro
thanks for the shoutout!! 🙏 keep the videos coming also.. i didnt do the skid plate spacer, so far so good.. but i also dont do a lot of heavy offroading to have to worry about smashing thru my diff
You have to order bump stops seperately from Amazon. The GM part number for the correct replacement bump stop is 15153958 control arm bumper, front. The diff drop to me is well worth it because after I seen the sharper angle on the front CV axles, I knew if I didn't drop the diff it would just increase the changes of tearing cv boots. After I put the diff drop in I felt better as the Cv axle angles looked just like stock which takes the extra stress off cv axles.
