I think it's possible to create the correct bacterial atmosphere in your mouth as you sleep. This would aid in preventing gum diseases and killing off bad bacteria. Right now i don't have any other source so I'll try Body Biotics somehow in my mouth because im already sure of this product in my gut. It's soil-based organisms.

The best way to type your search into the search bar is something like “you can rebuild tooth enamel (as a statement, not a question). This is rare information, so don’t lose it. Additionally, to loosen and prevent the hard calculus deposits on your teeth, using the medicine “Mucinex” (I buy generic and crush a little of the pill, but just taking it as a congestion medicine still loosens the calculus, and it will then easily flick off if you take it regularly. I just put a small crushed amount in my brushing mix.). Guaifenesen, the ingredient in Mucinex is sold primarily for loosening phlegm but also remarkably loosens this calculous stuff off of your teeth that the hygienist usually has to chip and scrape off with metal tools. A famous doctor in CA (recently retired) who treated fibromyalgia patients with guaifenesin inadvertently and accidentally discovered the calculus-loosening benefit by accident-he tells about it on his book. Never underestimate plants! This stuff comes from the guaiac tree. I think that is also the tree that also called ironwood. I make my own tooth paste powder because I do not want to use fluoride or end up with artifical sweeteners or propylene glycol in my mouth, which both contribute to inflammation and gum disease, not to mention the fluoride problems. Besides, silica is far better and faster at hardening than fluoride if fluoride does at all, and in many people fluoride is toxic and actually tooth softening, despite ADA claims. I also add mint oil, and a slight pinch of capsicum ceyenne pepper because it stops bleeding gums. Ceyenne contains a fast-working blood coagulant, in fact, you can use it on a cut that won’t stop bleeding to get it to stop. It is also antibacterial and antiviral, and you don’t need enough for it to even burn, in fact the mint in many toothpastes often used to burn my mouth terribly! You can also add food grade DE (Amazon) (which dental hygienists use as an abrasive in the form of a paste). DE (diatomacious earth, which is fossilized seaweed)is non toxic and kills bacteria and viruses, even parasites, so it can also be taken internally in a glass of water to stop a stomach bug, parasites or virus, and can be given to pets and farm animals to prevent these illnesses. The mouth can carry a lot of this frightening stuff, so DE is important to me for dental health. I use Cononut oil after all this as a final treatment because it kills bacteria, stopping it from being a problem to the teeth. Cocnut oil has also been shown to reverse and heal tooth cavities, but of course the eaten away part is still there. Still, after killing the bacteria with it, the cavity is then white and no longer black. This area ends up vulnerable because the enamel is then gone, exposing the softer tooth under enamel. Here is where it helps to use the chitisan and silica daily, especially should there come another pandemic episode where people cannot get to the dentist. At that point, your dental health is up to you, and convention products, at least for me, don’t cut it one bit. remembering to keep the teeth flossed with these items are important, too. This combination of things reversed my gum disease as well, plus reversed my receding teeth. Oral disease can lead directly to heart infections and attacks and even brain infections. In fact, it can compromise the health of your body, even your microbiome environment in your gut where 70% of your immune system can end up sabotaged. Taking care of your teeth needs to me your baby, not your dentist’s. They can help, but they are also going to NOT help when they point you to toxic amalgams, root canals, fluoride and conventional mouthwashes. Sorry to say it, but I have $20,000 worth of dental bills to prove I gave them all the chance in the world. It is up to the patient to be the boundary-keeper of their dental health. I do add a few other things, like coral calcium powder and liquid minerals, etc. I have to say, one time, I set an appt for a dental cleaning, and when the hygenist looked in my mouth, she asked me if it hadn’t already been done. She sent me home without doing it-they looked that great after she went over my whole mouth. Because of conventional dentistry, though, I have caps, root canals, fillings, a bridge, and all of the mercury I can handle. Wait. NO one handles mercury. I am living a nightmare because I never even knew that there was such a thing as natural dentistry professionals who take a whole different approach. I hope that doesn’t happened to you. I have dental crowns on 8 of my teeth. they cause me pain (a lot). i talk less, i eat slow, i do less in general, i avoid cold weather, so many things aggravate the pain. it has gone on like this for five years. I never wanted the operation, i had a bad feeling about it, but i just didn't know any better back then. it feels like the biggest mistake of my life. my teeth were 'worn down' just natural ware, but i had no real problems with them. I think about just ripping the crowns the hell out ... like rather often. Sometimes they fall out, and the pain stops in that area. but i think i still need some of them, like for face support?? i know that if i eat certain foods, like candy, it will take them right out. i can remove them (by force), but that would be forever. then the pain would stop.... but i think i need them to hold my face up?? it could start a whole different kind of nightmare, if my face is caving in, like an elderly person. that is scary. i'm only 30. the entire right side of my teeth would be missing basically, i would have a big gap. 8 teeth on my right side, have crowns. i don't know what to do. I am in pain a lot. if i remove them, the pain in my mouth stops... but then over time my entire face about it will start to hurt because it is like caving in. I don't know what kind of health insurance do you have but it sounds like you need to go to a dentist to indeed use as the stem cell therapy so that those stem cells will go to the parts of your face that seem to be caving in or shifting.... personally I think you definitely need to increase vitamin D3 as well as Vitamin K2 and magnesium..... please please by bone broth and drink it everyday I think some people say you have to drink at least two cups a day.... there are several people here on RU-vid who claimed to have regrown teeth.... but one has to have a healthy situation with their bones also and so please see what they are using as their protocol for growing or regrowing teeth.... one must still have the root of the tooth in their mouth in order to regrow the tooth.... other people also claim they are doing oil pulling with raw organic coconut oil after they brush their teeth somewhere doing it several times a day and you need to swish it around for at least 15 minutes to get the best result and then you could just spit it out into a jar or a can . I would not recommend spitting it in the toilet or sink as one woman said it created the clog . for some reason I'm tempted to say the one woman's channel is Joan Gersom.... @@zzwiebel honestly if you go to the channel of this woman Nancy Gurish.... she had a couple vids about that where she actually showed how she had a cracked or broken tooth and she did this protocol with bone broth and other things and then she showed how then she there's pieces of the tooth broke off and new tooth was growing in.... I think there were a few other people in the on RU-vid who showed stuff like that or talked about it . Make sure that every now and then you are also putting bentonite clay in a tall glass of warm water and mixing it really well and letting it sit long enough said that it's totally melted in there and you're supposed to do it best on an empty stomach around bedtime.... that is supposed to help remineralize bones and teeth . But it has to be 3 hours before you take any kind of supplements that have things like zinc copper or any other metals that you need in your system and you want to take it 5 hours after taking this supplements or foods with those minerals if you want to keep them in your system..... including iron.... the bentonite clay helps pull out toxins heavy metals and pesticides what it is supposed to be really good for building bone and teeth

I then gargled w hydrogen peroxide, followed by hot water salt rinse. Use a pic to pull gums from teeth, not deep just so oil can reach deep to pull out anything.
Gums bleed, pull gum from tooth gently. Not deep. Look up oil pullinh, cocunut oil and baking soda. Do it. Dont swallow. Tea bags help swelling. Absorb bleeding.
I also had to undergone this. The procedure itself was almost painless, but in result I lost the sense of pain and temperature which caused me quite a psychical discomfort until I somehow get used to it more less. SQUISHY lover This may be an inflammation issue.. Watch what you eat! You know what to eat already, but you must be aware. Carbs and sugar a huge problems. Especially refined carbohydrates and refined sugars. And the combination of them will make them multiple times worse.
If possible, try to drink raw milk. It might take a year to build up bones and teeth. I hope you have access to raw cow milk , raw goat's milk, or raw, unsalted cheese. Raw, unsalted butter should help too. Raw eggs, if you can do it mentally. It won't make you sick. Many body builders swallow raw eggs or mix it with something else to build muscle quickly. Eggs have vitamin A that could help you rebuild bone around teeth. Eat less bad carbohydrates, meaning foods that are not whole. Someone removed the fiber from it like fruit juice, cookies, flour, candy, soda, sugar, procesed grains, breakfast cereals, pasta, these are man - made , fake food . work on eating less and less of these things and more protein, like liver, eggs (pouched or raw not fried or scrambled, if possible), fish, meat, if possible. I don't know if it works but some people eat eggshells. Make sure they are clean, wash them, maybe spray them with some hydrogen peroxide. Find a way to grind them up as much as possible and swallow with some water or a little juice mixed with water. People cook them in oven first, but it is possible that the heat may destroy the minerals. I don't know. I would not let your parents know you are eating eggshells. Please do your own research. Some people use fermented cod liver oil, rich in vitamin A and D which are needed to absorb and use minerals. Bones and teeth are made out of minerals. Can buy from Amazon. Also with raw coconut oil. You put raw coconut oil in mouth and swish it around for 15 minutes and spit it out in trash, not sink. It will clog the pipes and parents will have to pay a plumber to unclog the pipes. Good luck.
