Paternal aunt challenged the will in court 1st grade assistant collecter PCS in 1978. The court decided in favor of my father in 1980 and the court ordered my father will you take care of your aunt and pay 100 rupees every month. My father continued to pay the expenses later my father died. After death the property will be in my name. But we continued to pay. Now my paternal aunt is 90 years old. But since 1975, she was living in someone else's house. Also, his relationship with my father's uncle was bad. Just made a false accusation and took my property with these frauds.
