I was 17 when this song was released. We used to live in a small town. No internet No CDs that time (CDs were available but out of our reach 😀) I remember the struggle to get this song recorded in a blank cassette. Can't explain the joy of those days. It was released in 1998 and that's when i was in 9th std and started discussing with friends about love, romance, girls and all... Now if we look back, we only laugh at those conversations and those were innocent and decent conversations and not filled with vulgarity. We used to see ourselves in that role and we used to dream... The Teddy Bear's sales were off the charts back then! It was just before the trend of "friendship band" that started in 1998 after "Kuch Kuch Hota Hai." But a bit later then, both, the teddy & the bands, were sold as complementary products!
